Refunds & Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the your product, you will have 7 days from the delivery date of your product to contact us and request a refund. You can return your items purchased on this website in accordance with the terms below:
If the product is faulty or not in accordance with your order you should notify us via firstname.lastname@example.org of your intent to return the product within 7 days from the date that your product was delivered to request and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.
If the product is damaged please also include a photo of the damaged item in your email message to us.
When you receive your RMA number (which we will email to you), please return the item to our regional office and warehouse address and email us back at email@example.com quoting your RMA number and also including the tracking number of your posted item so that we may track your returned item.
When we receive and inspect your returned items we will notify you by email and if your refund is approved the refund amount will be automatically credited to your original mode of payment (credit card, paypal, etc) within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
The amount refunded will exclude the original cost of shipping incurred by us.
All refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be shipped back to our regional office & warehouse (see address at bottom of this page)
- Must be the original packaging & original condition as the item was delivered.
- All package inclusions must be returned.
- Must not be marked, scratched, damaged or washed.
- All returned items will be thoroughly inspected.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped. Once we have notified you that your order has been shipped, it no longer can be cancelled.
A 10% service and processing fee applies on all cancellations.
