This results in all our orders being shipped to you from various locations across the world depending on your location.

SHIPPING TO OVER 185 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services.

However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped.

By purchasing our items, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you from an international warehouse and may have custom fees applicable when they arrive to your country.

We always declare your items as “sample” on the commercial invoice or customs declaration, and we are trying to help you minimize any GST, VAT, etc or other country taxes, but we cannot guarantee no tax charges as it largely depends on your country’s policy.

SHIPPING TIME
Orders typically take around 10 to 14 days to arrive at your home.

* This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
